Major League Baseball presents “Rivalries”

Boston Red Sox manager Terry Francona came by to voice the documentary “Red Sox vs. Yankees: The Ultimate Rivalry” for Major League Baseball. The upcoming DVD chronicles the Red Sox' long-standing rivalry with the New York Yankees, taking us from the early days of the infamous Babe Ruth trade, up to their 2004 come-from-behind playoff victory over the dreaded Bronx Bombers – and the World Series Victory that was the Sox' first in 86 years. As counterpoint, Yankees manager Joe Torrey voices the other side of the story.

The session was run via ISDN for the folks at MLB Productions, with Mix One's Chris Anderson running the Boston end of the session. The DVD is scheduled for a summer 2006 release.
